The key to maintenance is to change eating habits and lifestyle.

  • Balanced diet with moderate alcohol consumption
  • Frequent exercise of moderate intensity, ideally a combination of aerobic and anaerobic
  • Quality and adequate night sleep
  • More walking and using means of transport, compared to car
  • Positive mood, love and care for our body
  • Live without stress and enjoying life and food
  • Eat slowly and with companions chatting calmly and pleasantly
  • Avoid eating in front of a computer, cell phones, tablets and TV
  • Consume a sufficient amount of water, fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Limit trans, saturated fats and simple sugars by choosing unprocessed foods
